Red Rose Waterfall
Three square shaped cakes are covered with ivory sugarpaste and stacked upon each other. A cascade of handmade red roses tumbles down the side of the cakes like a waterfall. Green icing rose leaves are interspersed between the roses and delicate ivy fronds wind their way around the sides of the cake.

It is perfectly possible to alter the colours of the roses. Indeed you could have as  many colours of rose as you wish or even to use different flowers but in the same waterfall style.
If you require less or more cake for your guests, this design can easily be adapted to incorporate more or less tiers.
