Chocolate Lace
The cakes in this design are covered using luxury Belgium chocolate paste in both white and milk chocolate which can be used to cover any type of cake – not just chocolate.

If you like the design but don’t fancy chocolate, the same technique can be applied using two contrasting colours of sugarpaste.
